Ibn Tulun Mosque

Next, visit the magnificent Ibn Tulun Mosque, one of Cairo’s oldest and best-preserved mosques. Built between 876–879 AD by Ahmad Ibn Tulun, this Abbasid-era masterpiece is famous for its vast open courtyard, unique spiral minaret, and minimalist architectural style.

Sultan Hassan Mosque & Madrasa

Continue to the monumental Mosque-Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, a stunning example of Mamluk architecture built between 1356–1363 AD.
